Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Tercero Civil Municipal de Tunja y el Juzgado Penal Municipal de Chocontá (Cundinamarca).

El magistrado sustanciador al que le correspondió resolver el conflicto de competencia de la referencia constató que el expediente contentivo del proceso de tutela fue enviado de conformidad con la normativa vigente y la jurisprudencia constitucional en vigor a la Sala Plena de la Corte Suprema de Justicia para que, en virtud de las facultades legales, procediera a resolver la controversia generada entre las autoridades judiciales precitadas.

Con base en lo anterior, resolvió remitir, de manera inmediata, la solicitud de amparo a dicha Corporación, para lo de su competencia.
